Shipping policy

Free shipping on every order

Shipping is free on all orders. There is no minimum order amount.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Delivery time

Delivery takes 5–10 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, not counting public holidays.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking link so you can follow your Violé all the way to your door.

Address changes

Please check your shipping address before you place your order. If you need to change it, email us as soon as possible. We can update it as long as your order hasn't shipped yet.

Late or missing orders

If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days, or the tracking shows it was delivered but you can't find it, email us at hello@violecare.com with your order number and we'll sort it out.
